-SmileSpreader offers balloon decoration services for various events, including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. Our services include design, delivery, and setup of balloon decorations as per client requirements.

3. Booking and Payment- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
– A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services.
– The remaining balance is due upon completion of the setup at the event venue.
– We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit.
– Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date.

5. Changes to Bookings
– Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us at least 7 days before the event date.
– We will make every effort to accommodate changes; however, additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

6. Liability
– SmileSpreader is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items during the event.
– We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the setup, event, or takedown of our decorations.

7. Intellectual Property
– All content on our website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of SmileSpreader and is protected by copyright laws.
– You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
